JOHN GORRIE OF CONDOCLOICH. John GORRIE, baptised at Fowlis Wester on 6 April 1707. For many decades the school provided educational excellence to the children of the Riverside neighborhood in Jacksonville. He was of an appropriate age to have married in Fowlis Wester in 1730.
